Kevin is a native New Mexican and has lived his entire life in the Albuquerque area. He graduated from Manzano High School in 1981. He and His wife Lian Yearout have four children and two grandchildren.
Kevin is a local businessman who owns multiple businesses in the construction industry and the Albu-querque community. He is also recognized as a successful philanthropist who highly-impacts people’s lives.
Kevin is a leader in bringing technology and implementation processes to the mechanical construction industry. Since he became President in 1995, Yearout Mechanical has increased annual business vol-ume from $16 million to more than $100 million, all while improving processes and procedures. Under Kevin’s leadership, Yearout Mechanical, Inc. has been named Specialty Contractor of the year, received the New Mexico Ethics in Business Award and has been named #1 Best Places to Work twice for Large Businesses in New Mexico.
Kevin has experience on a national level working with contractors across the country in construction practices. He is best known throughout the industry for his ability to excel in Design / Build Construction and in Construction Budget Control. Dave is the partner in charge of the Albuquerque offices’ Construction and Real Estate practice and the firm’s National practice leader for our services to Architectural/Engineering and Design firms. Dave has 25 years of wide-ranging practical business experience advising closely-held businesses and their owners on tax, financial and op-erational consulting and compliance. His experience encompasses the entire business cycle of start-up enterprises, mature businesses, business restructuring, mergers, ac-quisitions, and sales.
Prior to joining CLA, Dave was a partner in a large regional public accounting firm in Washington, DC where he worked with real estate developers and investors, architec-tural and engineering firms, professional service firms and large and mid-size closely-held multi-jurisdictional and international commercial businesses.

Michelle Henrie is a project development attorney, focusing on water law, land use, real estate, environmental law, and development of natural resources. Her work in-volves all phases of development projects: acquisition, strategy, working with permit-ting agencies, resolving disputes and appeals. Michelle practiced with the Rodey Law Firm and Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck prior to opening her own firm in 2007. Currently employed by Cyrq Energy, a company that builds and operates geothermal power plants, Michelle continues to represent project developers and water suppliers whose projects are not adverse to Cyrq’s.

Mr. Buchholtz focuses on government finance law, economic development and state tax incentive law, financial institutions law, government relations, securities law and corporate matters. Additionally, he represents issuers and underwriters in connection with the issuance of government securities.
Mr. Buchholtz has served as lead bond counsel to the City of Albuquerque, the New Mexico Finance Authority and the University of New Mexico and continues to serve in that capacity for the New Mexico State Board of Finance. He counsels private busi-nesses and governments in a variety of matters pertaining to growth, corporate gov-ernance affairs and government relations. His private sector clients have included The Intel Corporation and Hewlett Packard in connection with New Mexico Capital Devel-opment matters. Mr. Buchholtz’ prestigious career includes serving as consultant for the New Mexico State Economic Development Department under Secretaries Barela, Homans, John Garcia, Bratcher, Dendahl and William Garcia. He has advised numer-ous clients on public finance and economic development matters.
Mr. Buchholtz has served as the state chairman of the New Mexico Association of Commerce and Industry (where he was elected a lifetime board member), New Mexico First, Enchantment Land Certified Development Company and the New Mexico Hospi-tal Equipment Loan Council. He is a founding director of Think New Mexico. Mr. Buch-holtz currently serves on the boards of Think New Mexico, the New Mexico Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and the Jewish Community Center of Albuquerque, where he is President. He is a former State Chairman of the New Mexico Anti-Defamation League and a member of the National Commission of the Anti- Defamation League. Keith Meyer has been active in commercial real estate since 1992 and joined NAI Maestas & Ward in 2005 as a land specialist. Keith chose this discipline because it al-lows him to work in all disciplines including industrial, retail, assisted living, multifamily and more. Before joining REDW, Bobbi Kay was a State & Local Tax Senior Manager for Moss Adams LLP’s Southwest Region. In this position, she was instrumental in developing the concept and procedures for New Mexico’s gross receipts tax minimization for State Cost Segregation Studies, as well as working with the New Mexico Taxation & Reve-nue Department to develop the new “Construction Regulations” effective January 1, 2013. Prior to specializing in SALT, Bobbi Kay served as Moss Adams’ Southwest Re-gional Leader for Cost Segregation Services.
Membership in Professional Organizations: Bobbi Kay is a member of the AICPA and the NMSCPA, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Construction & Real Estate Women (CREW). John Garcia grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He specializes in Economic/Business Development. John was Senior Officer of Economic Development for the University of New Mexico and was Director of Economic Development for the city of Albuquerque New Mexico. Currently John is Executive Vice President for the Home-builders Association of Central New Mexico.
He has a strong business background with management experience in the Bennigan's Restaurant and the Marriott Hotel chains. John, formerly Executive Director of the New Mexico Restaurant Association, and founded Hospitotally, Inc., an Albuquerque con-sulting business that specializes in customer service applications.
In January 1995, Governor Gary Johnson appointed John to be Secretary of the New Mexico Department of Tourism. Since then, he has also served as the Manager of the New Mexico State Fair and the Senior Officer of Cultural Affairs. He was appointed to lead the New Mexico Economic Development Department in January 1999 as the Cabinet Secretary.
In 2007, John was appointed by the President of the United States to serve on the Ad-visory Council for Historic Preservation in Washington D.C. John is passionate about creating opportunities for investments and jobs in the state of New Mexico and using his talents and background to assist.

Bob Murphy, Executive Director of the Economic Forum, is an Albuquerque native who served with the New Mexico Air National Guard in South Korea during the Pueblo Crisis era of the late 60’s and graduated from UNM with an Accounting Degree in 1972.
Mr. Murphy was President and CEO of Sandia Peak Tram and Ski Companies for many years and President of Sandia Properties Ltd., Co. until July of 2007. Sandia Properties, under Murphy’s leadership, was the developer of more than 6,000 acres of land in the Albuquerque area including master planned residential projects such as Sandia Heights in the 80’s and 90’s and most recently the mixed use planned community of Ventana Ranch with more than 5,000 households.
Mr. Murphy has a history of Community involvement that includes key roles with United Way, Chairman of Albuquerque Economic Development, NAIOP and the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau. Mr. Murphy served on the Denver Federal Reserve Board for six years including two as Chairman and was inducted into UNM’s Anderson School’s Hall of Fame in 1997 and the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame in 2007.
