Location: South Seneca Elementary School District / Itinerant Locations as assigned.

DUTIES: 	The Itinerant English as a Second Language Teacher (ESL) will be responsible for teaching students in South Seneca Elementary School District and/or Itinerant Districts as needed. The teacher will be responsible for developing a Common Core aligned ESL curriculum appropriate to the grade levels of the children being taught. The ESL teacher will be familiar with the Bilingual Common Core Progressions available via EngageNY. The teacher will also maintain appropriate student records and develop and administer appropriate assessments of student performance. The ESL teacher must be flexible and able to work as a member of a team. The teacher will perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Must possess NYS Teacher Certification in ESL, English as a Second Language. 
START DATE:	As soon as possible.

SALARY: 	$41,860 (2014-2015 Full-time teacher base salary to be pro-rated based on percentage of time worked – 25%), with additional credit for prior experience, Masters Degree and Graduate Credits. Excellent benefits are available.
